Does the borrower have to pay for OWE Verified?

The intended model is that the agreement creator purchases the Verified upgrade. The other person should not need to pay merely to review, accept, sign, or maintain their copy.

Does OWE take a percentage of personal repayments?

Not in this model. Basic and Verified personal agreements are designed around documentation rather than taking a cut each time someone repays a friend or family member.

What is the 2.49% Contracts fee?

OWE Contracts is intended to let registered landlords and businesses accept contract payments through the platform. The proposed OWE platform fee is 2.49% of each contract payment. Final payment processing structure and pricing will be set before launch.

Are identity verification and e-signatures live yet?
